I was involved in many sports growing up and discovered the sport of triathlon at the age of 12. I participated in Kids of Steel races until 1998 when Barrie Shepley began coaching me. I qualified for my first national team in 1999 and since then have raced internationally while continuing to persue my academics dreams of being a sport psychologist.
