Starting his ITU para-triathlon career in 2013, Tiago won gold in his two first races. Since then, he has gone on to have a number of podium finishes, including gold at the BRA Paratriathlon National Championships in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Recent Highlights
- 2nd place at the 2017 Gold Coast ITU World Paratriathlon Series;
- 2nd place at the 2017 Sarasota CAMTRI Paratriathlon American Championships;
- 7th place at the 2016 Buffalo City ITU World Paratriathlon Event;
- 4th place at the 2016 Sarasota CAMTRI Paratriathlon American Championships; and
- Winner of the 2016 BRA Paratriathlon National Championships.
