8:45am                 Elite cycle course orientation with Police escort, departing from Ngamotu Beach/transition area.

10:00am               Swim course with life guard support open for 45 minutes

4.00pm                 NZ -U19 athlete registration - venue Quality Hotel Plymouth International

5:30pm                 Elite athlete registration - venue Quality Hotel Plymouth International

6:00pm                 Elite athlete & NZ-U19 athlete Briefing

6:30 pm               Elite athlete Race Pack pickup

7:00pm                 Pasta Party
