Distances: Swim 1200m (2 laps); Bike 40 km (2 laps); Run 10 km (4 laps). Water Temperature 23ºC. Air Temperature 21.6ºC. Wetsuits not allowed.
Due to strong marine currents the swim course was adjusted to 1200m.
Athletes #7 Diaz Rodriguez, #18 Rodriguez and #10 Santisteban Torres were disqualified for shortcutting the run course.
