Thursday 28th July
1200 Athlete Information Desk opens at Copthorne Hotel

Friday 29th July
10:00 – 12:00 Open water swim training/familiarisation at The Quays
16:00 Athlete Briefing, check-in and uniform check at The Digital World on The Quays
19:45 Welcome Reception (Pasta Party) at the 5 star
Lowry Hotel in Manchester City Centre.
Coaches depart the Copthorne Hotel at 1915 (7.15pm) and
return from 21.30 (travel time 15 minutes).

Saturday 30th July
10:00 – 12:00 Open water swim training/familiarisation at The Quays.
Free day

Sunday 31st July          
07:00   Age group races start
11:00   Elite Women’s Race starts
13:30   Elite Men’s Race starts
15:30   Medal Ceremonies
18:45 –21:00   Closing Party at Manchester Town Hall
Coaches leave the Copthorne Hotel at 1830 (6.30pm) and return from 21:00 (travel time 15 mins).
21:00 till late!!  For those in the mood the party continues at the Sport Café!!
All you have to do is make your own way back to your hotel when the party is finally over!!

Monday 1st August
Home time!! Dedicated transport will be provided to the airport if booked at the Athlete Information Desk by 4pm Saturday 30th July.
