Local Transportation

Complimentary airport transportation will be provided for the accredited athletes, accredited coaches and team medical personnel + bikes:
- Transportation will be provided from/to CDG and Orly airports only (not from/to any train station);
- Transportation will be provided to/from the host hotel (Novotel) only - but everyone can use the service, even the ones not staying at Novotel (guests staying at another location will need to arrange their own transport from the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel to their accommodation);
- The two arrival days when transportation will be provided: August 14th and August 16th;
- The two departure days when transportation will be provided: August 20th and August 21st.
The system to book the airport transfers will be shared when available in early July.

Host Hotel

The host hotel for the test event is the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel - 61 quai de Grenelle.
Located less than 40 minutes’ walk from the Pont Alexandre III (venue) and easily accessible by bike along the Seine, the 4 Stars Novotel has a relaxation pool and a fitness room.
The hotel will also have secured rooms for bike storage and bike mechanics, and will host the race briefings.
The Organising Committee has blocked 150 rooms (including 10 PMR) - on a first come, first serve basis. Booking has to be done prior to June 15th or availability won’t be guaranteed.
Price: 190.00 € TTC BB single (+ 17.50 € if 2 persons occupancy) + taxes 2.88 € / per person / night.
